Technician was very skilled, knowledgeable and thorough.  He even found and fixed things a previous repair service did poorly, possibly saving me from a potential house fire.  He was courteous, respectful and patient to show me and explain what happened and what was fixed.  I had to fight with American Home Shield to send a local service provider in South Dekalb rather than one 40 miles away in Norcros with a 1 star rating!  It was worth it and I got 5 star service!  Thank you A Town Group

The technician was thorough, knowledgeable and efficient. He educated me on how my appliances work and even gave me some tips on making them work better.
